ASUS and AcadArena Team Up for TUF ENOUGH Marketing Pitch Challenge
Posted by Yuri Mangahas July 07, 2021

ASUS TUF Gaming Peripherals partnered with AcadArena to launch a marketing pitch competition for esports enthusiasts at the collegiate level. The TUF ENOUGH: A Marketing Pitch Competition aims to challenge Grade 12 and college-level students to submit their best video pitches and showcase their marketing prowess in line with the gaming market.

Interested participants may submit their complete video pitches until July 14. The selected five finalists will advance to the final pitch stage where they may work with a mentor of their choice, enhance their video presentations, and answer questions from the competition’s main panel.

Up for grabs are peripheral sets for the finalists to use for their final pitches. The top 3 participants will receive complete peripheral sets, while a PC setup will be given to the winning team’s mentor.

“ASUS believes that every modern-day student and learner has become more resilient in these trying times. To fully equip them in the days ahead, we want to engage with them in a way that will let them experience what it’s like marketing and telling standout stories about great products. We think that our series of TUF Gaming products perfectly matches who Filipino students are – durable, strong, and practical,” said Florence Valiao, marketing manager for ASUS Philippines.

“It always feels rewarding to mount these kinds of events for students that really embody our ‘not just play’ tagline,” muses AcadArena CEO Ariane Lim. “We need more brands like ASUS who believe in youth empowerment and AcadArena is here to deliver. If like-minded groups work together, everybody wins.”

The pitches and panel Q&A sessions will take place via livestream on July 24, 2021, at the AcadArena and AsusPH Facebook pages.
