Altec joins Team Dignitas from FlyQuest after Jason “WildTurtle” Tran was acquired and took on the main AD Carry role forcing Altec to be benched. While Adrian was signed for a brief time by Team Liquid before they decided to keep Matt “Matt” Elento.

Both Altec and Adrian will back up Benjamin “LOD” DeMunck and Terry “Big” Chuong, respectively. While it is uncertain which duo will be the main duo bottom for the team, their coach, David “Cop” Roberson mentions “Our goal is to continue to grow and improve as a team”. He adds, “We believe these changes help to strengthen our line-up during our push to qualify for the World Championships. Adrian and Altec will both bring high level skills and experience to our team.”

While Phoenix1 mentions in a post Facebook, “So far this split we have not lived up to our expectations or goals for this season. We recognize that something needs to change to turn our season around, so we are very excited to announce Alex ‘Xpecial’ Chu will be joining our roster beginning this Sunday against CLG. Xpecial brings a wealth of veteran experience that will be a huge benefit to our team.”

The three players offer the two teams involved high level of play and experience. Fans of both teams will just have to see how things will turn out for either teams. Team Dignitas currently sit tied with CLG, Team Envy, and Echo Fox at second while Phoenix1 have yet to win a series this Split.
